The sale’s associates were friendly and easy to work with however, post sale they, along with the Chico’s customer service is not easy to work with. I made an in-store purchase on March 24, 2022. One item they ordered to be delivered to my house. I worked with Annabelle, whom was awesome, to really nag me out and place my order. I gave her my license to update my current address before the order was placed. Once my receipt was printed it had my old address printed where I have not lived at for over 2 1/2 years. She had her manager come to the register to show my updated address and what the receipt showed. The manager told me that it takes a short while for the system to sync with my new address and assured me that my package would arrive at my home address and not my old address. I asked that they confirm that my shipping address was correct before leaving because I lived 2+ hours from both my home, store and old address and the manager told me not to worry she sees this all the time and guaranteed me my package would arrive at my home address. The package was delivered on March 26th to my old address. I reached out to the store and spoke with Annabelle and she remembered the whole conversation and what her manager had stated. Before I could tell her that the package was delivered to my old address she again assured me it would deliver to my correct address. I told her it was sent to the wrong address and they said they couldn’t help me and referred me to their customer service. I called the customer service and after being on hold for 20 minutes a representative picked up the phone and then disconnected the call. I called back a while later and sat on hold for 30 mins until a representative picked up. 10 mins into the call, after the representative confirmed my contact information, after I did this in-store, they had to update my contact info again including an old email address that was about 18-20 years old and didn’t have my current email that has been in the system for years. Once my contact info was updated the representative said they were processing my return and would then reorder my item and put me on hold and then disconnected my call. I never received a return call or an email to complete the return and repurchase my item. I have spent 1 hour on the phone and still have no idea if my return has been processed. Read moreI visited the Chico’s store in Issaquah today, actually a few mins ago, the day before my 50th birthday, thinking it was the perfect time to check out a store I’d never been in before. I was looking for some clothes for an upcoming work trip and was open to browsing.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was the only customer in the store, and yet neither of the two associates acknowledged me at all—not even a hello. One associate left for her lunch break, and the other did not engage with me in any way. I walked around the store for a while, found a few pieces I was interested in, but ultimately decided not to purchase anything.

They carry a higher quality clothing line, but, unfortunately for me, nothing fit me quite right nor did it look good on me. My body is very difficult to fit. The sales woman, Selen, was absolutely wonderful!
