Michaels — Local services in Issaquah

Since the manager based her actions on my physical kook I'm taking liberty to do the same . After being stalked every five minutes by the manager she proceeded to tell me to stay r"ight where I was" while she proceeded to slam each roll of fabric I had selected I had enough abuse. I was repeatedly victimized by her aggressive hostility and incriminating attitude I went to pay for my items at hand and proceeded to leave the store as if that wasn't enough she continued her harassment by fallowing me outside to my car. If any crime was being committed I assure you it was not by me but by the manager. What a sad and disgusting choice of management Michael's has chosen to represent their store. I feel violated and I was victimized by this person who diesnt t even know who I am and has put my reputation in jeopardy by her poor choices of managenent .it was sickening being treated with such disrespect! I thought it was illegal to discriminate as I am native American . Ive never felt so shameful in my life as that manager made me feel. The Store is okay and the same day PICKUP works well normally. The staff does take a long time to bring your order out even after you notify them that you are there. You can see in the store, and see that it's not like there's a line at the registers preventing someone from bringing your order out. There has to be someone in there that can bring it out. Sometimes the time it takes them to bring the order out is as long as it would take to just go in and grab the items yourself. But for numerous reasons I prefer to use curbside pickup.

"Same Day Delivery" through the website runs through InstaCart and is a joke. There's no way to get an update on when the order will be delivered, and once you place the order there is no way to cancel the order!! My delivery was late and the customer service wouldn't refund my $10. When it was finally picked up, whole 22 hours after I submitted the order, they had my name wrong which caused confusion for the driver. Will never be using this service again. I would have driven down and picked up my order, but I have pneumonia...

So so blown away by the incredible service and experience I just had at Michael’s, specifically in the Custom Framing dept! I was warmly greeted and assisted when I came in. I brought a very sentimental series of Polaroid wedding photos to Robert at the custom framing desk- they were in a frame that fell off our wall, breaking through glass and bending the frame. I went in to see if there was anything they could do to replace the frame and glass. Robert took a quick look and told me he’d see what he could do. 20 minutes later, he was back with a repaired frame and brand new glass! He was so thoughtful, wrapping it up for us and treated it with the same level of care that we do. I was so touched and grateful for the service and warmth. I’ll be a customer for life!
