Unsatisfied, ordered a large Kumquat Lemon Jasmine Green Tea with 70% sugar, less ice and lychee jelly as well as a Dragonfruit slushie with foam. The Kumquat tea has no ice whatsoever and the amount of everything is significantly less than any other boba tea places I went to, 10% of the tea gone, no sugar, and the close to 50% of topping removed than the Bellevue store. We also ordered a Dragonfruit slushie and they got the order wrong and gave us a Mango slushie instead; unlike other boba tea places who give you both the correct and the incorrect order for free, the staff just took Mango slushie nonchalantly. $4.95 for a large tea with 10% contents disappearing and $6.50 for some average new item that tastes like it came from some small cornershop instead of a global franchise, this store is a ripoff that needs serious training for its staff.

Fun place, very bright and welcoming. I had no idea where to start for milk tea. I'm familiar with bubble/boba tea, but this was less of the popular bubble tea and more of the milk tea and custom creations. Very cool how they have expanded their drinks past milk tea. Waffles are very fun and yummy. I like the crispness of them. I tried the cream cheese topping. I didnt pour it on my waffle like the word topping suggest, it was very watery, so I simply dipped. The flavor was nice, but I would have liked it thicker. Service was okay. I didn't get much understanding or help when I told them that I'm unfamiliar with their menu, and only had the bubble tea smoothies in the past. 4 stars because I couldn't get my good ole bubble tea smoothies or flavors like I had hoped.

Friendly staff & delightful spot for anyone who loves refreshing drinks and cheerful vibes. Their signature lemon series bursts with zesty freshness, perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy. I especially love the bubble waffles crispy outside, soft inside, and a perfect snack to pair with any drink. The staff is always friendly and patient, making recommendations based on your mood. The shop itself is bright, clean, and welcoming, with a lively atmosphere that instantly lifts your spirits. Whether you crave a creamy milk tea, a fruity slush, or a classic lemon drink, Happy Lemon delivers consistently great quality and taste every visit.

⚠️ I had a horrible experience at this location and this is a warning to everyone ⚠️

To start it off, I waited 40 minutes after ordering. That's longer than most upscale restaurants. I ordered a milk tea, a smoothie and a bubble waffle ($20). During this hour I watched them make drinks and never put the milk away. They left milk out for at least 1 hrs+. Another disturbing thing I noticed is they just kept waffle batter out in a restaurant style pitcher. It's left open faced on a table until ordered. I watched a mom of 5 kids wait for her order - she ordered 20 mins before me. She got the waffles within 7 minutes of ordering then waited 30+ for her 2 drinks. The kicker was that finished drinks were just piling up at the end and nobody was calling them out. So finished orders (like for that mom of 5) sat there for 15mins at a time. When I got my order I was skeptical to say the least. I had waited an hour and paid $20 for drinks so I wanted to try it. Against my better judgment I drank the tea. Low and behold I got extremely sick after drinking it. I couldn't stop vomiting and it was clearly food poisoning. I spent and entire evening locked in my bathroom. I am 100% sure I'm not the only one that became sick from that day. They need to brush up on food safety. I get that they were busy and maybe this was a "one off" but food safety should not be compromised under any circumstances. Avoid this location when it's busy...

I usually don’t give bad reviews to places but in this case i think it is well deserved.

I ordered two drinks, one of them after asking for the recommendation of the cashier as it was one of the fall drinks and I never had them before. My surprise was when they called my order and it was a waffle and a drink in the countertop, I tried to explain that I ordered two drinks including one of the fall drinks and the girl tried to gaslight me saying they don’t have fall drinks (dude seriously, there is a huge poster by the door with the two fall drinks). When I asked them again about the drink they asked me about the receipt which they didn’t provided when I payed, I told them and the cashier said “yes he has the receive”. I ended up leaving with a drink (which wasn’t even the one that I ordered) and a waffle that I didn’t want…

Next time and as a tip for attending future customers because I’m not going back after this: If you don’t understand someone’s order ask for clarification. If you do a mistake own it and don’t try to gaslight the customer to believe it is their fault for ordering something that they clearly...

Terrible experience with these guys. I ordered through door dash they didnt include the sauces they charged me for the waffles I had ordered for my kids. When I called them a girl picked up and said go talk to door dash and said they would not be able to do anything about it. She kept saying it's not Happy Lemons problem and they can't issue a refund! I asked for credit to which she finally agreed to but while I was still talking to her to confirm what I should say when I am there to pick up the sauces she hung up on me! I called again someone else picked up I shared my experience with her and expressed my frustration with the other girl, this one said I could go there and they would give me my money back! So do they or don't they give refund? Happy Lemon should spend more time training its employees instead of hiring a bunch of teenagers with no customer service manners! Businesses in Issaquah seems to think we are stuck with them since it's a small city which is a very disappointing way of...
