I had a very unfortunate experience here where I had purchased vape juice that was already browning (oxidizing) and was given no reasonable compensation.

I brought it back after I had opened up the bottle already because I didn’t think it matter, but upon further research, I was informed that brown juice is a sign of expiration and oxidization, the process of oxygen entering and altering the chemical composition in the liquid. I explained to the store clerk that it tasted very off and almost stale. I had tried the tester earlier the same day and it was delicious. When I told her this, she said snarkily, “Well yea it’s going to taste different. The tester has no nicotine in it.” I told her I was aware of the taste of nicotine and that I could differentiate the flavor, but to no resolve she did not budge. She told me the juice had arrived very recently and was brand new. I asked if she could take it back, or possibly refund me somewhat, or even exchange it. She said, “No returns once it’s opened.” I can understand that, however, she wouldn’t offer any kind of compensation. She simply offered me, “$5 off the next bottle.” I told her there was no way I’d buy another full priced bottle because why would I spend $32 more dollars for something that could again be oxidized. She told me to sell it to someone I knew which is pretty lame because I hated the taste. After about 5 minutes of going back and forth with her being very reasonable and kind, I left with nothing but expired juice and zero desire to return.

Bar Far the Highest priced Vape store in the area Mark up is easily double from what you would pay at an online store. Great selection of gear and juice though but wow they are really raking the kids in that area over the coals with there pricing. Which there were a ton of kids at this store some which definitely did not seem at the legal age to even patron the store. The Counter help had very little knowledge on vaping and Hardware. While I did leave with some juice because they carried a flavor I have been looking for and didn't want to wait 3 days for the mailman to bring I would never ever never visit this shop again. And the big thing that bothered me is when I asked for prices on a RDA he needed to go to the back room to ask someone else. Prices were not placed on gear I had to ask for each item and then he needed to go to the back room to find out how bad they were going to over charge me. Seriously A 35 dollar device he told me was 65dollars in store. I would wait the few days for it to be delivered to my door step before buying any gear there from someone with very very little product knowledge. But hey the kids in the area seem to love the place. Oh well There are other shops in the area, sadly the establishment across the store is very poorly equipped to service the area and make that store look like rock stars.
