Very frustrating experience! Tried getting some Easter/Spring items delivered to my parents in another state. I had to change what I wanted to buy as certain items in my order had an order minimum just to ship! I was willing to pay for shipping, but nope not happening unless I buy $35 worth of stuff just for one item. I didn’t need $35 worth of items and I’m sorry but I couldn’t even really find $35 worth of Easter/Spring items that either could all be shipped or were in stock, etc. When I almost gave in and added more items to my cart I was $3 short in order to just ship that one item! THEN…I figure out that maybe I can just have my mom pick up at her local Target as she does shop at Target. Oh no! I had to change the items I wanted again as certain items couldn’t be picked up at her local store as they were unavailable. Tried to have the items shipped from another store and one of the items I wanted couldn’t do that. Very frustrating experience. I ended up placing the order and buying stuff from Walmart for my other parent and just having it shipped to them. When I realized the stuff I got from Walmart my mom would like better I ended up sending her the same items I got for my dad. Read moreNever had a problem with this store until this past week. Every worker I ran into had an attitude. My fiancé had a concern about the overstock on the top shelf of the sales floor being to high only 2 feet from the ceiling and the pile was tilting if someone would have hit that shelf just right it would all come crashing down. When we tried to bring it to someone’s attention she snapped at us. Then we got to the check outs and something rang up more than it should have so when we said something to the cashier she huffed and puffed and said it’s not a big deal it’s only a $3 dollar difference. She was upset that we wanted it taken off. I mean $3 extra dollars that we didn’t plan to spend on that item could be going some where else. I am taking a break from shopping there it’s terrible! Definitely need to improve on the employees attitudes...

You will not get all your items, even though they said they had 5 in stock online whrn you place an order for pick up. They say NOTHING to you and let u out leave believing you have all your items to fins they were marked "out of stock' all of a sudden when you get back to where you are going.dont bother calling the customer service desk either. A rude person will just tell you how their inventory isn't always correct and that it's your fault becaause u disnt check your email after you got your order to aee if it had changed.
