Food was delicious as always, friendly staff, and clean facility with high tech amenities. However the place is a mad house. Every time I go, i vow it will be the last, im pretty sure ill be sticking to it this time. The building and parking lot needs to be at least twice the size. Parking was a battle, but nothing like the hunger games level fiasco inside. The line was wrapped around the dining room which felt like a saftey hazard concidering the room was already jam packed. Moving around was reminiscent of going to a sold out concert... The line ran RIGHT behind my chair and i literally couldnt get up out of my seat and could barely care for my 12 month old because her diaper bag had to be crammed up under the table and i couldnt even pick her up and hold her. She never got even a diaper change because getting up to the bathroom just wasnt possible. Food was great. Thank goodness! But we couldn't get to the condiments past the crowd, nor could we throw our trash out except by packing it in our bags and pushing through to the farthest corner of the restaurant where the line hadnt yet reached and then exiting through that door...on the opposite side from where we parked. Then while trying to leave, two cars almost hit us... i clutched my child and screamed because the car was within arms reach. This was due to people racing for parking spaces and the mess of a drive thru. It appeared like there were 3 separate lines going God knows where... I felt traumatized after my dining experience tbh. I will not be bringing my family there again even to the drive thru, which is sad because their chicken is fantastic. My question is: how many people can fit in there before its a...
Read moreSadly, it seems as though this location has gone downhill since 2020, like most places. I have spent literally THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars here over the years, but I usually pass it by these days. The tea is never sweet enough anymore and while they still have many employees who are courteous, it’s not the same. Their behavior is not as professional as in previous years. I’ve overheard employees loudly discussing their family issues while waiting at the window and have seen them taking photos in the parking lot while working the drive through. The line is usually around the building, which is obviously not their fault, but it’s still a hassle. I got sick after eating here several times in 2020 because their chicken was not thoroughly cooked. Their fries were also soggy. Their process was rushed in general. Perhaps this is a sign of the times, but it’s unfortunate. In years past the operator/manager was on site, but I have not seen him around much in the last year or so. Honestly, my main reason for patronizing this business so frequently in the past was because their employees were so professional and friendly, the place was clean, the food was pretty good and reasonably priced, the service was quick and efficient, and they had GREAT sweet tea, but most of those characteristics have been diminishing or disappearing over the last 2 years. Sorry, Canton Chick-fil-A, but I’m probably going to continue to go elsewhere...
Read moreA year ago, I gave this restaurant 5 stars for quality and customer service. Tonight I went here, ordered 8 pc nugget meal. Requested kale crunch salad, bottle water and cookie. Price is now $10. Tried not to run over employee taking orders outside. As I moved up, she jumped up to my window and I stopped suddenly then she asked that I move up. I told her I would if she didn't jump up again. Was ignored waiting to pay. Employee walked past my vehicle to one behind that he knew and chatted and walked back to outside register. I had to pull up and I asked if i was to pay at window and he said no here but wait a minute. I was not thank or treated with respect. Got to window and two employees jumping up and down and laughing, no problem except they were going to hit my car. One tried to give me a wrong order, must have been for the person that cashier by passed me fore. To top it off, I got 5 nuggets, not 8. Anyone of these things could happen, but when there is that many there is a bad example of poor training and worse management. Way to go Management - the once thriving, best customer service, high quality product is gone in just a year. To be honest, it wasn't sudden, there has been a decrease in service and quality the past year but I excused it by saying it has been a rough year for everyone. Then there are those that abuse the explanation and turn it into an excuse for their...
