Horrible experience. We went in to buy a refurbished old-style Xbox 360. Simple... Wrong. They gave us the new style. We called them and told them the problem. They said just bring it back and we will exchange it. We took it back but forgot the receipt. They refused to look up our order by her phone number. We were told we could get a picture of the receipt and use it. We did that. We were then told no we could not use the Picture of the receipt to return it even though it had all the information on it. 3rd trip back we just wanted a refund. The staff and assistant manager were very rude to us. They lied to us on several there's different occasions as well during this whole ordeal. Once I pointed out his lies he told me he would call the police on me because I was causing a disturbance. I asked him to please do so so I could please get a refund and get out of here. He continued to argue with me and even went as far as saying I could not be a real customer that I had to be a plant from another store. Video games are mostly digital nowadays and the only reason I even go to gamestop is for collectibles. I pre-ordered 2 demon slayer figures 3 months in advance and they never shipped them to the store i preordered from and they became sold out on the website. I had to get a refund for the figures because they couldnt get it for me . Maybe they didnt account for how popular of a show it was but if they really cared about their customers they would work harder to get them their preorders.and when handing me the money the associate had the audacity to ask me if i wanted cash back or if i would like to preorder any games. Sam was the one who rang me up. He along with Cal gave me great advice and options to handle my current Pro account issue. They were very attentive and it felt genuine that they wanted to help. I have to stop and recognize this class of customer service that is so hard to find.
