AWFUL. The middle eastern man who waited on me was rude. He tried to over charge me on my bill. When I questioned him he was rude and I tried to explain some things that happened when I tried paying online, etc...he began yelling at me. I told him I was the customer and he needed to listen to me. His response was that he did NOT care about the customer. I said I was reporting him to the Corporate office and he told me he did not care...he said I am wealthy and I do not care because I have already been reported three times this month; it is only Jan 16, 2015. I walked out. I went to another Boost store and customers in there said that this store on Lansing Ave also tried to over charged them on their bill. STAY AWAY...

RANDY has helped me immensely, every time I walk in there he is so kind respectable and determined to make sure you get discounts I've told everybody I know to go to this store specifically because nobody else will treat you with so much respect every time I walk in he makes me feel like family he already knows what I want and I'm in and out within minutes I have nothing bad to say about randy or his business don't waste your time...

What about the people that work late too?!? And doesn’t ever have time to make it to these places before they close?
