We rented tuxes for our wedding through Men’s Wearhouse in Jackson and it was the worst part of planning my wedding. My husband’s tux came in 2 weeks before the wedding and nothing fit. His jacket was too long on one side and too short on the other. His shirt did not fit his neck. We had to reorder his tux.
Our groomsmen’s tuxes came in at different times the week of the wedding and none of them fit. They all had pieces to be reordered and the day before our wedding we were receiving pieces of tuxes.
My dad’s tux pants were broken where they were supposed to be adjustable. My nephew’s vest was completely broken in the back and had to be pinned.
Only half of our wedding party received the phone call that their tux was in and the rest did not. When I contacted to find out whose tuxes were in and whose weren’t, they did not have an accurate list 2 days before the wedding. I was informed that 2 tuxes were still on the way and may arrive the day of the wedding. Those two groomsmen already had their tuxes.
The whole process was disorganized and unprofessional. We had 17 tux rentals that we provided to Men’s Wearhouse and not one of them was correct (except our one groomsmen who was measured in Memphis, TN). I will never recommend Men’s Wearhouse to other brides or wedding parties. It was nothing but an...
Read moreI went here for the tuxedos for my wedding. We picked out the tux and the colors and they gave me the price of $199.00 +tax. I sent out a text to all the folks that needed one and one of the guys totally dropped out of the wedding party because he didn't want to pay that and if he couldn't wear a button up shirt and khakis he wasn't going. So I went back to Men's Warehouse and told them my situation and to cancel my order that I would have to find something else. The management staff was very sympathetic to the situation, even called the guys and asked him what he would be willing to pay. She discounted the rental down to $166.12 including tax!!!!!!!!!!! I will be forever a customer at MW for this! Very grateful for the staff and management team which went over the...
Read moreYou're probably like I was and think "where else would I be able to get a suit?" Literally anywhere else. Go to a local shop were there is someone who actually cares about you. This chain store is just trying to make a buck. We rented tuxedos for a wedding and they came with a "standard" necktie that came to my belly button. They looked like they were for a toddler. There was one male employee we dealt with who was lazy and shouldn't be working there. The rest of the employees we dealt with were super kind and helpful. It's not their fault that this chain of stores is terrible. Go to Stylz Menswear. You can buy a tuxedo for the cost of renting one at...
