Definitely want to echo the same sentiment as the other one star reviews. Poor service, disrespectful, and believe they are experts on everything. Needless to say I would never step foot in that store for any reason what-so-ever. Read on for full experience.

Brought in a cross bow purchased from a different retailer to get warranty repair completed.

Bryan took one look at the cross bow and said what's the problem. I explained the situation and how the string busted on the 10th shot. I made sure he knew I was sent there from the manufacturer to get it looked at and the string replaced. (manufacture is not related to the experience). Bryan indicated that the bow had been dry fired and that is why the string broke. I am certain the bolt was seated and the cause was something else. Bryan glanced at the cams and limbs and said let me go get a string.

When he returned, he stated "that will be $40". I indicated that I was under the impression I was sent here by the manufacturer to get a new one under warranty. Bryan says that its not covered and I can take it or leave it. He proceeded to say, you didn't even buy the bow here and I'm not paid to do warranty work. I paid for the string and left (it's an hour from my house).

The manufacture called me back right away the next day (left a message) and said let us get a string out to you right away. I told them it wasn't about the string or the $40, it was about the service at this place. They apologized and said that isn't there usually experience with the store. They are sending a string that I will hold on to and hope...

Great store. Iv always wanted to visit and made the effort this past trip. I grew up in Michigan - have family property in Jackson county but now live in Florida.

I Stopped to look at turkey guns a few weeks back on 4-26-24 as well as to get a tag. I forget the names of the guys who helped me but they were all great to work with down to earth. I ended up buying the cheapest new "Turkey gun" they had. Perfect-handy Steven's 20 ga.; set me up with some decent #4 ammo as well. Iv been around guns my whole life, have a few dozen to my name- I knew I didn't need much. We had alittle fun why we navigated a purchase and same day delivery with a Florida license and CWP but they got it done quickly.

Took it to our property shot three shots to guage the point of aim that evening and the next morning harvested one of the biggest Toms ever taken on our land! Not bad for my First sit turkey hunting. Iv hunted these woods since I was a boy - but this turkey hunt was special.

Now the gun will be used for younger family members and folks who just want to have...

I've been going to this shop for setup on all my bows since I was 12 years old. Today was just icing on that cake of answering why I keep going back. I purchased a new bow and what should have been a standard setup and tune turned into an after hours ordeal with the phone lines open to the manufacturer who I will leave unnamed as I do still love the bows they produce. After they closed on a Saturday, we had four of the techs including Ryan working to resolve the issue and get the bow tuned correctly. Definitely not for a lack of knowledge but just a touchy bow to tune. I've ran a business for 10 years now and I've said it many times but today I heard it again.. "I want to make sure it's right" from Ryan and he did just that as well as the other techs who I assume didn't have to stay after but chose to.

You will not find a better bow shop than Schupbachs in the area and you can be sure it will be done right...
