Update The review above was when I got my first car from the dealership. I got into an accident which my car got total loss. After a couple months I went back to Wolf to check out a car that was on my budget but I didn't think I'd get scammed after my first car was 30,000 and now trying to buy a 16,000 one 😅 I was told the car was in great condition even when I asked about a few flaws that it had I was convinced that it was nothing that it had great body and interior. I was in a great need for a car so I got it. As soon as I took it I had problems but they do make you sign an as is which makes you believe you can't return it. 6 months later and still a $14,200 loan left on it has been at the shop 3 times almost $4,000 for repairs. I can't shake off the complete disappointment because it was my second time coming back here. I'm still leaving the other review because that's how I felt then but I couldn't live with myself if I didn't share...

I really already knew what I wanted before I physically went shopping. The brand of SUV didn’t really matter to me as I feel they all look pretty much the same. Actually, the one I wanted was too expensive so I was ready to settle for less. But, the equipment had to be what I knew I wanted without exception. Jackson only has a couple of car stores and I didn’t want to drive to Idaho or Utah. Long story short, I went to the 2 new car dealers in town and both were totally a waste of time. Both places tried to push me into vehicles that did not have the equipment I wanted. It took forever to escape!! Then I was depress as the only other place sold only used cars. I went anyway...... an hour and a half later I bought a year old SUV that had everything I wanted! I thought the model I crossed off my list was out of my budget but they made it fit. My sales person, Allison, was so easy going and knowledgeable that I completely trusted her advice. I drove it, bought it, and am REALLY HAPPY!!!

Wes is my new best friend in Jackson, WY! I had been searching for a very specific car for quite some time, and found it at Wolf's Jackson Hole. Not having ever met Wes, and making my deal with them from Florida, it absolutely could not have been a better more smooth experience.
