I had two new watches that needed links taken out. I hadn't bought anything at this store, yet they were glad to help me. I had just worked out, and looked disheveled, but they treated me well...not like the disheveled beach bum I appeared to be! Moreover, while I waited, I watched Rocky personalize everyone's experience, asking about family, friends, and following up on their needs, while remembering EACH CUSTOMER'S preferences! It felt like family in there. Please check them out, as I had never known where they were prior to today. Rocky is an amazing Jeweler. Whether you want to create something new, buy a beautiful estate piece or get something traditional, he has it all. Very friendly and personable. 10/10 would recommend.
