Delicious soft serve ice cream!! I’m giving four stars even though the cashier at the counter at 4:00pm today “had to go pee,) yes she actually said that while at the register and left with a long line...BUT it was free cone day, so I know she was super busy, but maybe her customer service etiquette can be better and the workers can get an organized break during “Free Cone Day.” The ice cream was delicious, but there was a foul odor in the restaurant so we choose to leave to eat our ice cream, and that’s why I’m giving the four stars. I understand and appreciate this super busy day, so I completely understand the negatives, but maybe make the customers pay for .25 cent cones and have more workers come in to accommodate everyone during the busy times(when the children are out of school.) Thank you Dairy Queen for the delicious soft serve ice cream! 🍦

I'm not sure how DQ corporate doesn't step in to correct the issues at this location. We ordered 6 desserts and 3 of them came back wrong. One picture below is a Mint Oreo Blizzard, made poorly and the other is one of the "corrected" desserts (they dumped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on top because they failed to put them in the Blizzard in the first place). They locked the door behind us at 8PM (hours said they were open until 10PM) and were just not interested in serving customers. Not worth ordering from here.

The s'mores blizzard I ordered tasted great but it took forever to get it. I think it would've been faster if they employed a bunch of grandmas from the nursing homes. One of the employees, it might be the manager but I'm not sure, seemed to be in a bad mood, like her dog got hit by a truck or something. The bathrooms looked like crap too. I like Dairy Queens but this one just plain sucks.

I am never going to this location ever again. The staff are not properly trained.

The first time I went to this location my order was incorrect. I ordered a kids size blizzard. My order wasn't finished until the people behind me in line got their food and ice cream. I expect to have my order first since I was in line first. My ordered ended up coming out to be a large. I did not order a large, I ordered a kid sized.

The second time I went to this location, both my boyfriend and I's order was incorrect. I was really irritated because I paid for a small blizzard cappuccino health. I've been ordering the same flavor for 15 years. The cashier had the audacity to say they didn't carry that flavor instead of checking to see if it was available or not. Another associate helped the cashier enter my order into the register. The associate (that helped the cashier) and the manager kept pointing at me. The manager asked if I ordered a moolatte. I said no. The associate (that helped the cashier) said I ordered a moolate. I said no, I ordered a cappuccino health blizzard. The manager says how they don’t have the coffee to make it. So I said just make the moolatte. Apparently, this location is completely out of the coffee flavor. The thing that is most irritating is that I ordered a small cappuccino health BLIZZARD and was run up for a moolatte. Moolatte is more expensive than a small size blizzard. The manager didn’t even bother to offer a refund (we paid cash too). I ended up asking for a banana crème blizzard, which was fine but I felt I didn’t really get my money worth and was forced into something I didn’t even order. My boyfriend ordered a brownie mint blizzard small. He ended up with a brownie cookie dough blizzard. The same associate (that helped the cashier) said he ordered brownie cookie dough blizzard. He didn’t even remotely close say anything about cookie dough. Either way, I will not be returning to this Dairy Queen ever again. Apparently the associates do not listen to the orders correctly and try to fight you when you get your order incorrect. I am very disappointed in this location due to the associates, management and the cleanliness. Yea, I forgot to mention how filthy this location was too, I felt like I was at an old...

I don't know why... every time I go here they mess up. They seem to have common sense issues. Clearly the person in charge of hiring does too. Not trying to sound mean... but sometimes I go there to see if there is either a weird interaction or another mistake. I order the exact same thing each time and same results... either weird interaction or some really strange interaction happens.

They actually told me last time that the 2 for 5 small sundaes... that if I don't ask for the discount or refer to it as a "snack pack" thar they won't give the discount and charge me full price. That is crazy to me that they openly rip off their customers. I find it hard to believe that a national franchise doesn't gave a pos program that recognizes packages and automatically give the discount.

They see you are in the car alone and give you a 2 sundaes and a blizzard without lids. Then I have to ask for a bag... every time. Like I have 100 hands? Then the day I asked for a bag up front... they put the 2 sundaes in the bag and then stopped to see if I wanted the blizzard in the bag too? Isn't that strange? But even more so... they didn't have lids on them.

Something weird like this happens every single time. It's getting to a point that it is funny and I go through there for entertainment. I'm literally serious. I've been there 6 times and every single time something happens that is odd. They hand me a cone 1st, taking away the ability for me to grab anything else. Then when they don't give a bag there is no lids. So what am I supposed to do?

I'm from Ohio. Been here for 2 months. I've never seen interactions like this before. If you are in a drive thru... clearly I can't carry everything by myself and drive at same time. Who hires these people? Different employee every single time. It's just strange.

I challenge anyone to go there and ask for 2 small sundaes, 1 small blizzard, and a cone. Do it without telling them ahead of time they are being mystery shopped. It's is so strange. I haven't been there in a week or so but am thinking about going down there to see what happens.

I guess it's not taking away your business as I am so intrigued with this weirdo phenomenon that I...

Me: I've been to this place twice within 3 days and both times were a bad experience. First time my blizzard was half melted and not mixed up well and 2nd visit I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got a grilled sandwich instead and it was cold even though I had to wait 5 minutes for it. Then they didn't give me a cup for either of the 2 combos I ordered. I had to specifically ask for cups, then wasn't given a banana when I ordered one with my meal. Had to wait 10 more minutes to get correct chicken sandwich. Most horrible experience I've ever had at a fast food place.

Merchant response: I gave you cash back and you ate for free for the hassle you already put up with. We are shortstaffed right now with a whole new crew that we're still training.

Me: I ate the free food only because I was pregnant starving at that point and everyone else I was with was already eating so I didn't want to have to go somewhere else but the food was horrible, chicken was over fried/very hard and had no flavor to it. My child didn't even like any of his food, and that's pretty bad. There's no excuse for that many mistakes in one visit and anyone would be crazy to go back after an experience like that. Luckily I haven't called corporate yet because I was very close to doing so because no customer should have to wait 10 mins(after being told it will take only 5 mins to cook) for a chicken sandwich after already waiting 5 mins for the wrong sandwich, not to mention all the other things. If your cashier wasn't so busy giving me an attitude about my living social deal and telling me I could also let my friend use the one I purchased as a gift and then telling me she can't once I handed her the coupon code, then she would have heard my order correctly in the first place. She had terrible customer service skills and a no care attitude. At least the gentleman that handed me my food was polite and apologized for the wait because the cashier that messed up my order...
