I had such an incredible experience with Caroline! As someone with curly, multiethnic hair, I know how hard it can be to find a stylist who understands the unique challenges that come with my hair type, like the texture, volume, shrinkage, and how unpredictable curls can be. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely confident in her expertise. Unlike other stylists, she wasn't intimidated by the amount of hair I have either. She listened carefully to what I had in mind, explained her approach, and worked with my natural texture instead of against it.

Not only did she give me a gorgeous cut that complements my curls perfectly, but she also gave me the most stunning multidimensional color. I was nervous about coloring my hair because of how easy it is to damage curls, but she completely nailed it. The color is vibrant yet natural, and my curl pattern was not affected at all. My hair feels healthy, bouncy, and full of life.

On top of her talent, she is so warm and professional, which made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and making her clients feel their best. Just had a great HeadSpa experience! I also own my own salon out of state and was in town with my husband for appointments at Mayo Clinic. Make note, I’ve had a lot of headspa treatments myself and actually own one. The young woman at the front desk was polite and welcoming when I came in, and offered me refreshments as well as showing me where to use the bathroom.

Bailey did an amazing job, she introduced herself and walked me through the steps of the HeadSpa service and what to expect. She also checked in throughout the appointment without interrupting just to make sure certain aspects were comfortable. She moved my head around a lot, which, if you’ve had a head spa service before you know is an absolute necessity for comfort, because it gets a little uncomfortable for your head to sit in the same place for so long. I have been seeing the same stylist at a different salon for 6 years - but some professional changes for her that require constant travel meant I needed to find someone new. Never an easy task to try and find someone who can pick up where another has left off, but Sara K. at Studio Sage is nothing short of incredible. I came into my first appointment needing a major trim and some changes with my color/highlights, including some minor gray blending. I pretty much info dumped on her with pictures included for 10 minutes, but she didn’t miss a beat creating a plan and flawlessly executing it. She’s so easy to talk to, is extremely knowledgeable, and that shampoo and scalp massage was divine!
