If you haven’t tried Hardpressed Burgers parked outside Ink Brewery, stop what you’re doing and GO. NOW. This isn’t just a burger—it’s a life-changing, soul-satisfying, taste bud-exploding masterpiece of meat and magic.
We were so blown away the first night that we came back again just to drag our son-in-law along for the experience. And let me tell you—zero regrets. These burgers are next level. Juicy, high-quality beef, cooked to absolute perfection, stacked with fresh toppings that actually taste like they matter. Every bite was an event. A celebration.
And then… the garlic parm fries. I have NO words. None. Just deep, profound respect. These fries aren’t just a side—they’re a necessity. Crispy, golden perfection drenched in garlicky, cheesy, buttery bliss. If they told me I had to fight a bear for another order, I’d at least consider it.
I’m visiting from Pennsylvania, and the only downside to this food truck is that it’s not parked in my driveway back home. Seriously, I wish I could relocate them to PA—I’d keep them in business single-handedly!
So if you’re anywhere near Ink Brewery, do yourself a favor—grab a beer, order a burger, and prepare to question everything you thought you knew about food. Hardpressed...
Read moreI went today to try out Hard Pressed (food truck) at the beach, because my 5 year old daughter wanted a burger. I know it’s always hit or miss with whether the bread contains egg so I asked the girl taking our order if we can check if their labels. She asked the chef in front of me and he said it does have egg without looking at anything. There was “potato toast” on the sign so I asked if it had egg because I know Martin’s potato bread is safe, but she just said “it’s all the same, chef said it does” with no regard for options. Then she gave this look to the two guys working there as if it was a huge deal asking to check the label for my child who needs to eat too. I didn’t make a fuss. We got our burgers then went to Wendy’s to get a burger for her.
I should not have given them our order. The burgers were decent but the people were not. I do not recommend them simply for the lack of courtesy. Also, their patties are thin and dry, their fries were over salted. Checked their Facebook page and discovered they do use Martin’s potato buns which would have been safe for my girl to eat.
Parents with kids with allergies eat out, too. The service industry is hard, but remember to be kind and...
Read moreI wanted a local smash burger because as I said before I'm a huge burger guy and holy sh!t was this an amazing burger…probably the best burger I've had in Florida….nay actually the best restaurant burger I've EVER had period. I got myself a triple with cheese and bacon I keep it basic because if you mess that up then its not worth my time personally and boy did this burger not disappoint. It was a flavorful juicy and crispy edge burger! If I could I would of ordered another one right after I was done. The fries was the right amount of crispy and fluffy. What made the experience even better were the two gentlemen inside. The person I ordered from was friendly and informative about their food and above all simply kind. I can say the same about the person that served me my food. These individuals have perfected their craft and it shows in the food they made us. If you are burger guy or want a damn good meal…check...
