Get everything in writing do not take anyone’s word especially the manager for anything! Paid on the account for couch set that arrived badly damaged the entire backs of both pieces have been cut out and re-sown unsure why and not clean at all I called complaining to manager who took half the payments off than the electrical went out he said he would took another half off I had it paid off I paid 9 months on a 1 year lease but cut down to (4) but They called saying we owe and are (2) weeks past due which is not possible and He now claims it was a (2) year lease on a used damaged couch set with bad electrical which Burnt out. The manager advised me that he would take off payments if I excepted it in that condition and advised me to either I could get it fixed or cut off the plug off which now he denies ever saying.... I accepted his offer not knowing better! I explained that’s not possible for us to still owe anything it’s paid off. The manager denied a lot of what he verbally told me over the phone but I believed him and he took advantage of my trust I simply sent it back and Called corporate to make a complaint. Hoping to get it resolved but the regional manager didn’t get back to me Once he finally got back to me almost 2 months later telling me that it was already sold for cash and would not offer a reasonable resolution whatsoever He told me I have to pay (2) more payments for something else that I don’t want instead of seeing and addressing the issue of being done wrong. He explain to me that’s how they do business! I had to call him three different times make three different tickets before the regional manager decided to address my issue and that was his best resolution in my opinion go elsewhere if you like Aaron’s that’s your choice but beware and get everything...
Read moreThey delivered on time. Manager was awesome. I pay very little for 4 items. I love Aarons in Jville. My dad started an account for me.. his name is Delbert Caswell. We pay the payment but he put all the merchandise and his name. So when it first started we were in the bed and my mom did give sort of an angry review something because they were late the first time but then after that happens they explained it to us and apologize to us and then we went back and got a washer and dryer and reclining chair they were completely on time and the manager spoke directly with me on the telephone just make sure his drivers have done everything correctly into my satisfaction. So I'll be half of the Caswell family we take back the other review and give them a 5-star review. I would recommend the Jacksonville Aaron's store to anyone looking for nice decent furniture and great customer service.
