While the aesthetic and quality of the clothing are acceptable, I’ve never had a pleasant experience shopping here due to the aggressive sales tactics of the associates and uncomfortable dressing room design.
If you prefer to be harassed every five steps taken within the store to start a fitting room, you may enjoy it. I personally prefer to piece outfits together in hand to visualize how they appear and coordinate outfits before trying on, but the associates are too concerned with their commission based bonuses to accept polite declines as an acceptable response.
If you kindly reject their advances multiple times, they will gossip about you with their fellow insufferable coworkers within earshot of you.
I doubt any of them will read this review, as none of them seemed to possess any literacy or comprehension skills, but in the improbable event that they are:
Focus on refining an authentic approach to your sales strategy—abandon the fake baby voice and insipidly generic interrogatives when approaching grown adults. Attempt to at the very least spark a genuine connection as a human being and you won’t have to aggressively bombard customers with harassing directives to get them to relent. Listen to their response and respect it—having the integrity to resist mocking customers on company time is the bare minimum of courtesies you can provide, rather than conducting oneself with behavior characteristic of a middle...
Read moreI have had the worst experience at Aritzia ever. This place is quite unprofessional and on top the staff aren’t too friendly if you have any issues with your apparel. I’ve bought many items here, however, today May 28th I was looking forward to return the dress which I bought 3 days before. I had tried it on in the fitting room with a different color dress but as exact style. Later on, I check out with a different because I like the color better but they’re the same dress same size just with a different color. Therefore, I wouldn't try it on again. However, when I got home I noticed some flaws and lots of un-erasable stains. Today, I came to return and exchange another dress or get store credits for me for the next purchase but the Staff are really rude toward me and assume that I caused them stains on the dress. They said “Go home and wash it”. Lady…. There is a exchange policy for a reason and that is why I would have to take my time to return such bad quality of product you guys are selling. This type of work is so unprofessional, the staff need to learn the 30-day policy before they deal with the customer. Stay away from this place they will not solve your problems if you have any issues on your product. And be prepare to listen to some amateur reasoning they...
Read moreI really wanted to like this store, but the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. First, there are no mirrors in the dressing rooms you have to walk out into a large, open hallway just to see how something looks. This takes away your privacy.
On top of that, staff frequently approach you personal questions asking if you’re going to an event and what your do for work. It feels invasive and makes it hard to shop in peace.
Sizing was another major issue. The majority of the clothing here seems designed for extremely thin body types. I am not overweight and usually wear a size medium, yet I could not fit into ANY of their shirts.
Overall, this store lacks privacy, inclusivity in sizing, and a comfortable shopping...
