I asked if we could write it all down and I could write a check or pay cash... clerks says "im not authorized to do that" .... amazing. So if you cant add and multiple then how are you responsible for a cash register? There was no manager on duty. The best the girl could offer was to hold my items until tomorrow when a manager is in. Well in the busy world we are all living, it took me 2 weeks to make it into the store tonight so I certainly don't have time to come back tomorrow to buy something I can get tonight down the street at Target. Get a clue Halmark and train your clerks on a back up plan. The clerk told me this is a continuing problem. ...

I shopped here all the time and will never again. I was there yesterday looking at squishmallows and im aware they are not refundable. I call and explain my husband also went in yesterday and we both almost the one i was really after but he got 2 different ones. I called as soon as I saw them to ask if I could swap them out. I'm an adult I haven't slept with them or anything. They're in a bag. And I have the receipt and they were a gift and I'd like to swap them out for different ones. The lady on the phone tells me thats fine. And told me to come to the jewelry side to swap out my jewelry. She hadn't even listened to me. Lol then tells me no. I think for gifts the situation should be different. Especially less than 24hrs...

I have gone into this store twice and both times the customer service was nonexistent. No one acknowledged me or asked if I needed any assistance. I saw several items that I wanted to purchase, but would not because of the way I was treated. I called back after the last visit to speak to a manager. When I told her that I would not be coming back to the store because of poor customer service on two occasions, her response was..."OK, thank you for calling." Not exactly the response that I was expecting from a manager. Well, I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere. I don't shop at stores whose employees can't even...
