Kendra Scott — Local services in Jacksonville

Really upset and appalled at the service I received this past weekend at this store. I’ve been here multiple times and never had this experience.

First my husband and I walked in and a lady by the door. Dressed in all black. Glasses. Brownish hair. (I am assuming was a manager, not sure). She just looked at us. The person behind us got a huge welcome. So I felt a little iffy by that. As we were looking I wanted information about something in the fine jewelry case. The young lady helping us was AMAZING! I asked if an item was in stock. She asked a fellow employee on her headset. The lady in all black immediately came over and repeatedly kept saying it’s $600!! Didn’t acknowledge us at all but she had no problem blurting the prices, insinuating we couldn’t afford it. I hate to pull the race card in these situations but we were the only African-Americans in the store besides the sweet young lady helping us. I immediately got my things and headed to the door. The young lady helping us repeatedly said “that’s not what they asked”. She continued to yell the prices and ignore us. The young lady was visibly upset.

I am shocked at the way I was treated and I will never step foot inside this store again. Kendra Scott hire better employees. That are passionate and don’t judge people by the color...

My girlfriend loves kendra scott she has thousands of dollars worth of their jewelry its always been a go to for gifts for her. We decided to go in to the color bar to get a custom bracelet done as we have done multiple in the savannah location with no issues. The fella who was doing it tried putting in the stones and broke the prongs that hold the stone in place on 3 different bracelets and said it was normal. After finally getting one to clamp without breaking, i asked what was the policy if that prong broke off in the near future due to the bending of the prongs during installation. He said assured us this one was good to go and sent us on our way. We got home and as soon as she took the bracelet off 2 of the prongs broke off and the stone fell out. After they broke i contacted the store and was told by the same guy theres nothing they can do for me. I highly recommend kendra scott but was stay clear of the color bar of this store due to the training issues on...

Very clean and expensive looking store but very affordable. I can go on and on about this wonderful establishment. Let's start with the owner, she allows organizations to have events there and is always giving back to the community. She is so kind and super sweet and will do what she can in the upmost way. Let's talk about the staff for a second...very kind and always readily available to help you in any way. Now the jewelry...I made a bracelet for my angel baby Sanai. I was able to pick if I wanted to build a necklace or bracelet, then the color of birth month or stone of birth month. It was such a relaxing experience to build my own jewelry piece for my daughter. Prices range from $30 and up.
