Panda Express — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Well I’d tell of my experience if I were ever able to actually have one. I’ll explain: I tried to call in an order for delivery cuz they do advertise delivery well no one ever answered the phone after me calling like 5 times at least, so I thought maybe they’re too busy so I’ll order online. That started out just fine and I got the appetizers ordered and in my bag, now fir the fun part, I chose to get the plate with 2 entrees and 1 side so the side I ordered fried rice only to be shown at the bottom of my screen that it was unavailable so I tried the other two sides only to be told the same, unavailable, I scrolled down to the entrees and chose the shrimp at first and guess what UNAVAILABLE as a matter of fact EVERYTHING on the menu said, wait fir it………UNAVAILABLE!!!! I am so disgusted at this point so I tried once again to call this place only fir my phone to ring so long that the recording picks up and says that no one is AVAILABLE to answer, imagine that and I tried calling several times too AND I let it ring till the recording picked up. I have come to the conclusion that this place, Panda EXPRESS as they want to call it is either not opened fir business and shut down or never got built or whatever the places problem is but if that’s what they call express I dont want any of it. FIX YOUR WEBSITE AND HIRE SOMEONE TO ANDWER YOUR PHONE CUZ RIGHT NOW YOU DO NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR AS FAR AS...

Th manager Mars is very rude n gave me food she stuck out th window. Causing cross contamination. I asked for a bowl. Which comes with a protein n side. I choose teriyaki chiken n fried rice. I ddnt knw fired rice included veggies. So I left took a few bites bc I was hungry realize th veggie. So I pulled back up in the drive thru. Start to explain my issue w/ my meal. B4 I can finish she tells me to pull to th window. Boom th cashier got th white rice ready. I said I wasn't able to tell u wht was wrg. But I would like a remake. She says uumm wait. So Mars big goofy axx comes to th window with an straight attitude l. N said I can't remake yo food. I asked why she says bc it's look eaten out of. I said of course I took a few bites bc I hungry. But I dnt eat peas n ddnt knw veggie were in fried rice. Mars says no again. So I asked for th manager. She says I'm th manager. So I say I really with tht attitude n unprofessionalism. U really cant remake my food. I only took two bite. Now th whole time she has th bowl of white rice hanging out th window. She rolls her eyes n takes my order n th white rice thru th window. Trash th order n puts th white rice in a bowl. Yes th same white rice she had hanging out th window. Throws a whole chicken thigh on it n gave it to me. No teriyaki sauce no diced chicken no bag no napkins. I ddnt even eat it bc I felt played. And I hope...

EVERY single time I get fried rice it's undercooked. It's happened at least 5 times now, so I feel obligated to leave a poor review. I worked at Panda Express for 6 months & was a Main Cook so I know exactly why it's under done. They're a new location and the have drive-through paired with busy lunch rushes, being under staffed & while they have 3 rice cookers here their rice warmer can only fit around 9 pans so they often run our of rice & either burn it by leaving it in the rice cooker too long or under cooked from pulling it out too soon. Even when we ask if the rice is up to standards / decent quality they say it's ok and we try it in the car, so we go back in to let them know it's not good, again, but they're too busy to even really do anything so they gave us 1 free noodle side. Obviously the used the white rice to make our fried rice so it bland. Taste your own food to know whether it's edible or not. Ironic that a nicer (&newer) Panda Express in a nicer area is worse than the older ones in bad areas. Still enjoy PE just won't be going to this location anymore, done...
