The staff, well one staff person, who claimed she was a manager was very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Didn't have the drink I ordered and didnt tell me that. Only told me she could make me an alternate beverage, I had to ask why and was the drink not available. She was super rude. I asked for a refund, she told me she was unable and I needed to go back to the app to request a refund. I didn't even order on the app. I asked for the manager, she replied she was the manager. Unacceptable. I sent her away. Requested someone else who WAS able to assist me with refunding my beverage from my order. Theeen. I reached out to customer support, they had someone named "Baby Chris" email me. How unprofessional all around. This is a joke. Im not sure if all Chipotles customer service is like this, but I can tell you this location. The service is not friendly and I wont return. Read moreI literally never leave reviews, but this particular visit really ticked me off. We are faithful customers and eat at this Chipotle once per week. We had a bad experience with portion size when ordering through the APP last week and I brushed it off as a fluke because usually this location is pretty consistent with serving size. Well it happened again today and the meal that was served was absolutely unacceptable. My husband ordered the Keto bowl due to dietary restrictions and his bowl was literally only half full with food. The photo in the APP pictured a Keto Bowl FULL TO THE BRIM with lettuce, which provided the volume needed to ensure a filling meal. His bowl had 6 measly pieces of lettuce! We counted because we couldn’t believe that we’d paid over $11 for the bowl that we were served. Do better Chipotle.
