The Jaxon Luxury Apartments — Local services in Jacksonville

I want to give Elaine a huge shoutout for being a phenomenal person and really making this decision easy. I live out of town and am moving here in December, just signed my lease!

I was in town and popped in for a tour and Elaine went above and beyond any of my past experiences, she introduced me to the entire front office team as well as some residents and the maintenance crew. She walked me through every single aspect of what the Jaxon has to offer including the fun events they do, their event vendors and each amenity. I had security concerns based on my research of other apartment complexes in the Jax area and she eased my mind immediately, the safety and security of their residents is very important to them and it shows!

The amenities at the Jaxon far surpass what other apartments in the area offer but more importantly the way that this team manages the property and creates the environment there is unlike any place I've seen before. She took the time to show me each floor plan I was interested in, answered all of my questions and was just incredible.

Once I told Elaine I was ready to move forward with the Jaxon, she broke down the process steps for me and made it simple, quick and easy.

If you are looking for an apartment complex that offers an amazing location, endless amenities, safety and security, resident events, and a resort style atmosphere, I highly encourage you to give the Jaxon a chance and...

This is a review for my maintenance request.

It’s very easy to put in a maintenance request at the Jaxon. I did it in two minutes on my phone through the apartment portal website. Maintenance is taken seriously here and I can certainly appreciate it. At other apartment complexes my maintenance requests would often take two or three days to be fulfilled but here..my issue was resolved within a few hours

The service tech, Joshua, was very professional and courteous. He knocked on the door and I asked him to wait outside because I had to put the dog up. No problem there at all. He immediately fixed my garbage disposal and cleaned up the area without me even asking (to access the disposal you have to get under the kitchen sink where often people keep their cleaning supplies).

I’ve worked in HVAC and trust me, when you are working inside of people’s homes there is a certain way to go about your work that makes the homeowner comfortable with having an unknown person in the house. Joshua was extremely professional and courteous. I’d be comfortable with him in my home even if I wasn’t there.

I only feel compelled to write reviews when they are warranted. Keep in mind, this review is for the maintenance department, not the complex as a whole....

Absolutely loved living at the Jaxon and Elaine is an angel. I moved from Tampa with short notice for work. I had never been to Jacksonville and had one day to find my apartment. After extensive online research I narrowed down my choices but my friend who is a local took me to the Jaxon. I was blown away by the leasing office and amenities and the units were gorgeous. I leased online and thought I was ready to move. However, once I arrived the agent took me to my unit which was not the unit I thought I leased online. I was on a 3rd floor when I thought I leased a 4th floor unit. An ordeal begun as I tried to stick it out but the noises above me and from the street in front were driving me insane. I went to Elaine and explained everything that happened. She understood exactly what happened and worked with me until a unit was available on the top floor. She did everything she could in her power to make my experience wonderful and I was happy to finally feel at home in a strange place. I ended up moving back to Tampa but really miss my apartment. Definitely will move back if I go north again. Great location, great amenities, great...
