My wife and I went to this TMobile store to pursue a business account. They promised us all of these deals when we walked in, but when we were almost done setting up the account, a bunch of additional charges were added. I asked what they were for, and the employee said that he didn’t know and that it has never happened to him before. We told him that we were not going to proceed and to cancel everything. We left and have since been using our old provider.
Fast forward to today and we received a bill for $112. I had to call TMobile 4 different times, and I suffered through 3 different 30minute holds. We were finally able to get the account cancelled, and TMobile cancelled the bill as well. However, not only did the store waste 2hrs of my time in person, but they also wasted around 2.5hrs of my time trying to resolve this issue. I am sure that the stores have some sort of quota to meet for generating new accounts, and they finished setting up our account and left it active on purpose in an attempt to get closer to their quota. This sort of dishonesty is absolutely disgusting in a business. This experience was borderline criminal and I have considered calling a lawyer. DO BOT DO BUSINESS WITH TMOBILE. And then gave him back the phone saying that there was no sim card, even though the tray wouldn't fit back in, i'm trying to say it wasn't their problem right. So glad that they messed up my dad's phone and then tried to say that there was no problem with it.
