"Traveling ND seeing the sites with my significant other enjoying our time, a ride and great weather we then stopped by to check out selection and prices of used low mileage touring bikes only to feel out the market. Been thinking about a trade for a few months now but can't justify new prices and finding a used bike with lower miles and set up how I want it has proven to be difficult until this stop. Most everything I wanted or would do my bike had been done to this one, mileage was fair as was the price. Terry came over and we started talking about transferring some of my items to the unit, it was late in the day, and I thought there was no way it would happen without staying overnight which was an option just not an ideal one due to miles and timing to get home. He went to check with the service department as I was securing the financial arrangements with Dan. Terry returned stating the shop guys were willing to stay late to transfer the items I wanted if we wished to finalize the deal. I really appreciated the NO-PRESSURE sales technique, genuine concern and friendly atmosphere of this dealership. Every question was answered and the willingness to stay late and transfer my items was unexpected and very much appreciated!! Brook was super friendly and patient when helping me pick out a free shirt!! She also chatted it up and sold some accessories to my girlfriend while waiting on me. I was driving through on my way home from the Black hills and blew my back tire approximately 40 miles outside of Jamestown. I was able to get a tow truck to bring me to the dealership around 8 pm. They were closed but some of the employees happened to be there. I drive a 2003 Yamaha Royal Star with a 15" rim. They informed me they doubted they would have a tire that size as it is a bit of an odd ball, however they said to come back in the morning a half hour before they opened and they would have a look. I returned in the morning and was informed they did not have a tire, so then they got on the phone and asked all the local places and found the closest tire was in Fargo. They happened to have a trailer with another bike going to Fargo that afternoon and said they would load up my bike and also give me and my daughter a ride to the tire shop in Fargo. We hopped in and had the bike back on the road by 2 pm. They didn't charge me a dime and were just happy to be able to help get me back on the road. I have never received such good service weather i bought something or not. I don't even drive a Harley. These guy genuinely care about not just there customers but the riding community. Had a rear wheel bearing blow out on the way home from a 6000 mile ride. Coming home to Milwaukee, WI from Glacier National I was about 1000 miles away from home and these guys saved the day. Stressed out to the max I grabbed a hotel Sunday night and patiently googled this dealer. First thing Monday am I pulled up mind you 15 minutes prior to opening. Brent "service manager" came outside and was the most helpful man ever. He explained to me how Harley is supposed to work when you're stranded on the road, that is get the person in prior to any other work and get them back on the road. Well let me tell you bike was on the stand at 9:15 and I was outa there by 11am !! These guys rock from the service manager Brent to his tech Kasey they knocked it outa the park!! Thank you for getting me home in one piece, and proving that the world still has good service and takes pride in there work and dealership.
