As a former employee, I’d like to chime in to any future applicants. Their parking lot is poorly maintained gravel. At the beginning of my work day, I tripped in a hole in their parking lot. The resulting injuries were a torn tendon and two fractured bones in my foot. I was ordered by my doctor, who supplied a note, that I needed to complete my physical therapy and time off for healing before I could drive or return. Aptivs HR department withheld these doctors notes from Workers Compensation in an attempt to force me back to work before I was healed and medically cleared. The HR team was unresponsive to my messages throughout a vast majority of the process.
