Capital Fitness — Local services in Jefferson City

I absolutely love this place! I've been to many gyms and Capital Fitness is by far my favorite. You can be you. You don't have to worry about someone getting up tight if you drop a weight or have to grunt a little on the last rep. This gym is for those who actually want to better theirself and not just go through the motions.

The clientele are wonderful too. You'll meat all walks of life and anyone will do anything to help you if you have questions or need a spot.
