I have been Kelly’s client for a long time. We talked about extensions so that my blonde color would not be ruined by the vivid colors. I only was OK with this because I had another hairstylist years ago do the very same thing and it worked amazing. I’m not sure why or for what reason it did not work out this time. The hair extensions fell out the very same day. I did go back and have them put back in just for them to immediately fall right back out. I was only able to style my hair one time before all of them came out. Once all of them had come out, I realized the color had dyed my hair. I emailed her and tried to get it fixed. She gave me color stripper, which I don’t know how to use and is also really bad for your hair. That didn’t work I explained to her I would like it fixed. I did not want to go on vacation with my hair like this. Not only did she not fix it but then a month later she posted pictures and videos of my hair promoting her business. That is very bad business. In my opinion because what happens if somebody wants that hair color done and she cannot do it. I feel like after spending $300 and being a return client who comes back promptly every four weeks I should have been treated a little better. If anything, she should have...
