Eat Smart — Restaurant in Jefferson City

I'm from Ohio, and I came to Jefferson, Missouri for a small vacation. I was looking around the map curious of what there was around here, and I saw this place. I tried it this morning, and it's really good. I had the Mexican Stuffed Sweet Potato, Chocolate Protein Truffles, and Flour less Protein Brownies. The prices are fair, and they were pretty good. High in protein too. I'd love to learn how to make these at home. I've been on a weightloss journey as well, so this is a perfect place to go that's not fast food. I wish I had things like this...

I was looking for a healthy high protein place to eat while in the area. I found Eat Smart and stopped in. Not only do they have a clean, friendly, well laid out space, they even have an area where you can heat up your meal and eat while you’re there.
