J Street Vintage — Local services in Jefferson City

So this is a large store with neat items, I found some interesting things. However, I am confident I was charged $20 more than the cost of my items. Don’t make the mistake I did. I didn’t receive an itemized receipt. The tags were taken off of my items at checkout so I have no way to definitively prove I was overcharged other than I remember the exact cost of my items. The subtotal would have been 36.50, with tax I’m guessing around $40. I was charged $61. I was surprised when told my total, but figured maybe I miscalculated. It wasn’t until I got home and combed through my items and added up the total myself that I realized I had been charged $20 extra. A woman with pink hair had checked me out. I made sure me and my wife rushed about to fit this place into our saturday schedule and was not disappointed. Great little shop full of interesting stuff we didn't really need but had to buy. It was full of stuff but still tidy and clean and a great little shop. The people who rang us up at the counter were so friendly and gave us good tips for eating nearby too. Will deffo visit again if we get back...
