I have only used this company 2 times now but each time seems to leave a bitter taste and with having a multitude of other florist in the JC area, it's time I try a new one
Placed an online order for July 23 for a going away party for a coworker. Flower bouquet and delivery fee before noon cost $90 and the flowers were okay. Was getting nervous about not having them in the paid timeframe so I placed a call around 1115 to verify everything was on schedule for the noon or before delivery. Was on the phone for about 15 min before they came back and stated it was out for delivery. They arrived at 1155 which was in the paid timeframe so I got what I paid for, just a smidge stressfull.
Placed an online order for Oct 15 Boss's Day. Ordered a $45 ish flower bouquet (including before noon delivery fee) for one boss and the flowers were pretty small but I dealt with it. I also ordered a small plant, teddy bear, and 2 balloons for my other boss which cost roughly $40 ish (including before noon delivery). This is a 6'6" 300lb male boss that only received a teddy bear and one balloon tied around its neck. Not 2 balloons and a plant. Wanted the plant to go on his desk in his new office. Made a call to Busch's that afternoon to discuss the issues I saw wrong and the lady on the phone had me on hold for about 10 min then came back on and said the person I need to speak with is busy and they would call me back. I have given it 6 days now and no return call. Not looking for any style of money back, just acknowledge something went wrong.
UPDATE 10/26/21 After speaking with Summer, she did a great job to apologize and understand my concerns. There was one area of my own fault where the website did not show to include the plant with the bear but was an add on option and she said she would talk with the folks about the website. The balloon was still missing and she has offered to fix this and did not want to have me have bad feelings about the business.
Maybe I will give them another shot in the future only because Summer did a great job to resolve this. Thank you Summer for being so kind and keep up...

And our centerpieces were the perfect complement to a greenhouse full of beautiful plants. Heather was our main contact for the wedding/reception side of things and I can't say enough good things about her either. She was a joy to work with and throughout our meetings and emails clearly understood our vision and helped ensure everything was in order. The whole weekend was amazing and I know the everyone on Busch's staff lent a hand in moving, rearranging, cleaning, and helping us get the venue ready. Not only were their prices more than other sites I checked, their were two main mishaps on the way. I went with them even tho their prices were higher because I was hoping for quality of service. That didn't happen. The computer froze during our conversation, right as the rep was trying to take my payment info. The call had continuously cut out and I would have to repeat things. The girl was very nice and called me back and we had to re-enter everything. Then, they were asked by Freeman's to have the flowers there by 7:30 the morning of the service. It was my understanding that they arrived much later than that. Then I was told that the designers take pictures of their creations. I called to see about forwarding me the picture, since I am out-of-state. I was told she would check into it and let me know. I wasn't called back. So I called again & was finally told, there was no picture taken. I told her that I was highly disappointed. I don't think I would use Busch's again.
