Starbucks — Restaurant in Jeffersontown

This location can be a hit or miss between orders. I got my order of 3 drinks. I got my chai tea latte and it was weak, despite another location having the same flavor every single time. The Holiday manor location has the same level of flavor every time. It was definitely not made the same. I also got a hot chocolate and it was so weak, and it was a whole new level of weak.

There was not one ounce of chocolate in there and I also got shorted quite a bit of drink, like over an inch was missing. It tasted like milk and peppermint syrup. I gave up and added a packet of hot chocolate I had at home, but considering how much these drinks are, I shouldn't have to. I only did because I had already gone home. It was pure white color and absolutely not chocolate.

My mom ordered a milk earlier that morning and an employee had put ice in it. Again, not how it is. You just put milk in a cup. That's literally it. I don't understand why they are being stingy, but I paid plenty for these drinks, you should make them how they should be made. If another location is consistent with everything and you are not, then it's this location, not Starbucks.

I will just stay with the locations that I know will...

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my experience at this location this morning was really disappointing. I ordered my usual coffee and it tasted completely off — no cinnamon, barely any sweetness, and the texture was weird. My boyfriend got the spinach feta wrap and it was cold in the middle, like it wasn’t even heated all the way. He ended up throwing it away.

I called to let them know and the person I spoke to said I could come in for a refund, but honestly, his attitude made the situation worse. He sounded like he didn’t care at all. I wasn’t rude or aggressive, just calmly explained what went wrong, and was met with a dry response. For how much Starbucks charges, I expect better quality and at least a little professionalism...

This is the best Starbucks EVER!! They are always very friendly and give excellent service.😊. They have an excellent manager who has great customer service skills, he remembers my name, and I think he’s setting a great example for his staff. His name is Rick, he’s a very valuable asset to this company. And no matter what I order when he makes it it’s always perfect, not too sweet just like I like it. The company needs to take him to other stores to teach them about customer service. We have several stores in our area, but none compare to this store, on Blankenbaker in Louisville. Great job guys, you have the best leader. I hope they pay him enough to...
