Let me start off by saying "Do Not Eat Here" My family ordered 2 pizzas & some wings from here last night. When we got our food delivered we noticed that a piece of blonde HAIR was on one of the slices of pizza. We called Pizza Hut back to make them aware of the incident. We spoke to one of the employees about the hair in the pizza and he stated that it was nothing he could do. After explaining to the employee that we spent $36.00 on the food and that we would rather speak with a manager instead of him. Well, the employee put some guy on the phone who stated that he was a GM. The GM stated that there was nothing he could do because a few of the slices were missing out of the botched pizza. At this point me and my family became angry because we also tipped the delivery woman really well. During the conversation on the phone the manager stated that he's not going to replace our pizza, and he also made threats to my family over the phone. While the conversation was transpiring other employees were yelling stuff in the back ground and the manager told me and my family to "Pull Up". At this point I was extremely upset and told the manager that this conversation will be going over his head. Long story short "Do Not Eat Here" the employees are not handling peoples food with care. I just dont understand how a long piece of hair got into my pizza. I thought it was mandatory for staff to wear hair nets. Lastly my pizza box didn't even have any address stickers or labels on the box nor did it have a box seal on it and we never received a receipt. I'm extremely upset because I have ordered from this location several times and never had an issue until now.
Update: I notified the corporate office in regards to my issue and they only issues me a partial refund. After we found the hair in our pizza we didn't even eat the additional food we purchased. We spent $36.00 on some botched food and was only compensated for $13.00. I'm so thankful that over 300 Pizza Huts will be closing down and I pray this location would be one of the first. Read moreAs today is mothers day, and some reason I've been craving for pizza, so we wen to the pizza hut, and ordered a large size of half pepperoni lover, and half supreme with extra mushrooms and extra cheese, but no sausage. 20minutes latter my husband pick up the pizza, and we brought it home, and I noticed that they added the sausage in my supreme, so I wasn't very happy about it, but I was very hungry, so I decided to give a try, but the bread wasn't cooked thoroughly, and it still gooey inside. So I immediately took it back, and I asked for them to replace the half of pizza, and a male employee told me he can't replace, because it's not a whole pizza, so I tried explain to him, that half of pizza is fine, so just replace for me half, or however many are left in the box, but that employee kept yelling at me that he can't replace since I brought only half of the box. So I tell him that I don't want to fight, so just bring me a manager, and the manager came out, and I explain to her, and she was nice about it, and she took care of it immediately with a medium supreme. Once she went in to the kitchen, I told him that you shouldn't be so rude about it, since it was your fault that I have to come out all this way in the middle of dinner, then he said to me happy mothers day as a sarcastically. After that I don't think I can eat that pizza any way, because I don't know what he has done to my pizza when he went to the kitchen. I heard so many bad stories about what employee do to food, if food has been returned to recook. I should have thought about it before I went to return, but I never thought that I was going to have to argue about their mistake for getting the order wrong. They really need to train their employees better with manners for customer service. Read moreMichael Wolfe is the most incompetent "manager" I've ever seen. So we were at a hotel for a buisness conference away from our normal lovely pizza hut and ordered a quick dinner. Supreme pizza with light sauce. It arrives we open a chicken, pepperoni and banana pepper pizza with EXTRA sauce. Nobody wants even a piece of this nasty mess. I called calmly told Mike Wolfe the so called ONLY manager that it was clearly someone else's pizza he says he will send a new one. 1 hour and 15 minutes later still NO PIZZA. I called back and asked him to simply refund my money so we could order Dominos he said I'm not doing that unless you get in your car and drive it up here yourself. He told me he has nontimeframe in which to get remakes sent back out to people. I asked what his managers name was and he told me he HAS NO BOSS he is the only manager a pizza hut EVER. Obviously I'm not an idiot and I told him that was impossible but I would find another way to get in contact with corporate. I said send me the order as soon as possible hints been 2 and a half hours and if you wont refund our money we at least want our food. He then has the audacity to tell me "nope you said you didnt want it have a nice day lady." So I literally paid for a pizza I never got this was beyond wrong and I am completely confused how anyone could be in a customer service position and respond this way to customers.
