I was really happy with their customer service and purchased several times from them until my most recent purchase. The lady took the earrings saying she wanted to take pictures of them because it was the last piece they had. At that time both earrings were the same. Then once we went home we realized they were two different earrings. My mom went back the day after and they said they already sold the mismatched pair to someone else. Not sure how they would within one day but okay?? CLEARLY RED FLAG! They made my mom exchange the pair of earrings that weighed much less per gram weight and not as intricate and on top made her pay extra money. I was happy building a relationship with them but now I for sure cannot trust them. Highly disappointed. I hope no one else falls for this trick and makes sure to triple check your jewelry...

No star is more appropriate, boyfriend bought expensive earrings in pearl and yellow gold (which I didn't like) which are fairly big. Lady was not helpful at all in finding me something else suitable, kept showing more yellow gold. She offered to dip in white gold then backtracked and said dipping 22 carat will cause it to go blackish. She could find me no example of what this could look like. Absolutely the best Jewelry store I've been to by far. They've displayed excellent customer service and a really interesting inventory. When it comes to Jewelry I can be very picky, but the staff showed me that I can get exactly what I pictured in my head and better for no extra charges.
