AR Insurance — Local services in Jersey City

Beware of buying insurance from this company. I had a trip to Europe to cover the trip, luggage, etc. for $900 for two people. Coming back home, one piece of luggage didn't arrive with us - it came 48 hours later. The other luggage was damaged, opened, and had items stolen. When I filed a claim with the company, they gave me every excuse in the book to not pay. First I sent a receipt for everything I lost and photos of the damaged luggage. They said they couldn't read the receipt and I had to submit repeatedly - sometimes scanned, sometimes a photo, and they always said they couldn't read it. Once they finally accepted a copy of the receipt, they asked for the airline luggage report that it was late and I submitted that. THEN they asked for a police report for stolen airlines but I did not have this because I made a report with the airline, not the police. After this, they wanted a bank statement to show the exchange currency of the money because the receipts were in euros. I submitted that and they kept putting up obstacle after obstacle because they didn't want to pay. Finally, they decided that the lost items were valued at $188 but wouldn't pay it because they said that the insurance doesn't cover items purchased on the trip. Never ever get this insurance very unfriendly and rude talked to couple people and never got my answer, i didn't had transit visa for the country and i couldn't get the visa before my flight and they say you can cancel you ticket and wait for the claim to pass and if it doesn't pass then we are sorry can't do anything.
