I worked in that powerhouse in the 60s. At that time only the AC-DC section was useable. The boilers and generators were removed in the 30s. In the 50s, they tried to demolish the boilerhouse. They drilled for 3-4 days, and could not penetrate the floor. They tried a wrecking ball, and it bounced off. The walls and the floors are several feet thick, and full of rebar.

Any cracking is probably just the brick veneer, not the concrete under it, except maybe the coal elevator at...

There are many cracks on the exterior wall from the bottom to the roof. On Google Maps Street View, you can see a 20+ meters-long vertical crack on the outer wall near the entrance of 65 Bay Street. The street view was taken last year, and it will only be more...
