I have always dealt with constipation and overall bloat. The uncomfortable lifestyle lead me to become vegan and read a lot about nutrition. After reading about the effects of Gravity Centered Colonics, I decided to try it out. I had many sessions over a short period of time somewhere in NYC and felt much better. However, the constipation did eventually come back. Still feeling unsatisfied, I decided to do more research.

I would never use another therapist. Her highly effective methods and overall knowledge of the way the body works is incomparable to any other therapist. One session with her alone made me feel better then all of the sessions I received elsewhere. She uses every minute of the session to the clients highest benefit. She makes you feel at ease and is very open about the entire process. Because of her extensive knowledge and experience, you can literally ask her anything and she is more then happy to answer your questions.

She's a little obsessed with things being spic and span, getting out her portable UV light to inspect the place before each client, which isn't a bad thing. She's great at making the whole process comfortable and not a big deal. She's very good at having you get the most out of a session. Once you're on Jen's table, you're on it till she's done. Even when I whine and complain that I've had enough and want it to be done already, she does the job till she's satisfied. You've paid your money, now take the ride.

In addition to being great at giving colonics, she's also a cool girl with lots of varied interests. She can talk surfing, snowboarding, art, volunteering and travel to far flung places, as well as health and nutrition and various kinds of cleanses, all of which makes getting a colonic, dare I say, enjoyable? 2020 update: I have been steadily going to Jen for 4 years now and I have no intentions of stopping. She is a master of her craft, her space is clean and sterile, and you will leave her studio feeling like a billion bucks. 100/10 - will definitely continue to go back and tell everyone I know that her services will change your life.

My first visit with Jen was also my very first colonic - as one might imagine, I was incredibly nervous. All of my fears were put to rest the moment I stepped into Jen's office. She exudes a warmth and comfort that helped ease my nerves and she has such a great sense of humor that definitely lessened any potential awkwardness in such a situation. Her space is clean, crisp white and smelled of lemon verbena; it was very tranquil for me. She was very gentle during my time on her bed - the whole experience was pleasant (even the colonic itself, hah!). I originally went in only because I was so backed up and didn't know what else to do - but I will definitely be returning to Jen to maintain my insides!
