I never thought I would sign up for a yoga studio because of a teacher. Watching studio owner Katya quit her job, rent a space, and open her studio, getting married, and hosting a retreat in Bali 🧘♀️🏝️ — it’s been inspiring. The membership keeps growing; many classes are often fully booked. I feel so fortunate to be the first member of this yoga studio 🧡.
It’s been over a year, and I’ve attended 287 classes. I’ve made progress, but there’s still a long way to go. I need to keep practicing 📿.
This community has given me so much more than just yoga. It’s not just about the people (and dogs 🐶) I practice with, but also the life wisdom I’ve gained. How to love and understand myself, both body and mind, and to look inward. Mental health is so crucial!
We celebrate each other’s milestones 🎉— 100 classes, birthdays, bringing pets to practice yoga 🐕, and our potlucks where we share food, stories, and love 💕.

I feel this lack of recognition by the instructor hindered their ability to make any corrections so I was left alone in the class and had no support. The class was brilliant though, really flowy and super strong so just what I wanted but my experience was tainted by my...
