I usually get The Bullet Club and it was as good as I remembered about a year ago. However, last time we came there was a cockroach dead on one of the seats and I gave them grace because I thought it was a one time thing as I didn’t see any other ones. Today, we went back and keeping that experience in mind we again, gave them grace. Upon walking in the service was great and they were super attentive and even allowed a modification to one of the sandwiches that we didn’t get last time. When we sat down we saw a huge cockroach that was still alive and moving. I’m talking about the length of an average thumb. If someone was up keeping the lobby, it most definitely would’ve been seen.

I didn’t budge for a refund as I should have, but this place really needs to keep up with cleaning and sweeping the lobby as I lost my appetite and broke apart my sandwich to make it seem...

EDIT: I went back today to take Nick up on his offer. Nick wasn't there but his family still honored the offer and made me a sub on the house. The experience was a total 180 from my last. The sub was beautifully constructed, made exactly how I asked, and the bread was definitely better this time! I wish there was a bit more of the dressing that I requested but otherwise fantastic sub! Besides the food, the hospitality was A+!! Nick's family are kind and goodnatured people!

The inside looks great with all the movie posters but that's about where my love for this place ends. The food is overpriced. The bread is underwhelming in terms of texture, chew, and flavor. The wait time was ridiculous. My sub was decent at best and my two friends were wholly disappointed. Why go here when there are several better spots within a few...

This place has tons of sandwiches and I want to like this place more, but many of the items have underwhelmed, and when I've ordered online they've ignored sandwich modifications on multiple occasions, such as substituting garlic bread - which I paid extra for. The chicken parm was a little dry. The Italian beef was a little chewy. The milkshakes are a little too milky for me. Sometimes when I come in to pick up my order no one is in there, but luckily they leave it sitting on a shelf. Is the person at the counter also working the kitchen? I wouldn't eat in here again, the service was very slow - again I think they were the only person working. I feel like this place could be really good so I will continue to try new sandwiches and hope the service gets better. I wonder if they aren't staffed enough to live up to...

Sub Culture is a hidden gem for movie buffs and sandwich lovers alike. The moment you step in, you're surrounded by a wall of nostalgia cult classic movie posters everywhere, from The Jerk and Big Lebowski to Pulp Fiction and Boyz n the Hood. The vibe is effortlessly cool, like stepping into a pop culture time capsule. I ordered the Linkin Parm, a sausage parmesan sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious—hearty, flavorful, and super satisfying. I made a special request to spice up the sauce a bit, and they nailed it. Great food, great atmosphere, and solid service. Definitely a spot worth revisiting!

This place was on my friends list of places to check out for a while. We were actually right around the corner so we jumped in. Wow!!! Love this place!!! Love Angel and Jill!!! The makers of yum. I had a roast beef sandwich. The bread was that crusty chewy Italian. Roast beef was tender and thin cut slices. Tomatoes are diced !!! I love it diced!!! There isnt a tomato slice pulling out when you take a bite. So brilliant!!! My foodie friend had a brisket with those fried onion rings!!! We ate half our sandwich and we were stuffed. Leftovers are the best!!! Love this place!!!
