I moved into Journal Square Urby last month, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The building is incredible—everything feels so new and modern. The rooftop is breathtaking, with stunning views and great spaces to relax, study, or entertain. The amenities are top-notch too; having access to such well-thought-out spaces really elevates the living experience.

The staff here truly go above and beyond. Shoutout to Natasha, who showed me the apartment during my initial visit and helped me through the process. She was knowledgeable, easy-going, and friendly, making the process smooth and exciting.

Also, Asia at the front desk is an absolute gem! She’s always so personable and professional, and her helpfulness genuinely stands out. Whether it's jumping in to assist me with moving heavy furniture without hesitation, or making sure I receive important packages when I've called about them. Her positive attitude and dedication really make living here feel like home.

JSQ Urby is top notch for the area. The residents are great. The staff is great. Asia (ey-see-uh) is literally an angel on earth. She is the best. I love her. Taylor is an amazing person. Zach is also A++. Natasha a favourite of mine. The community is top notch. The staff is top notch. The residents are top notch. I love living here. In understand as any other renter would that the location may be the deterrent, but it’s super accessible, it’s revitalizing, and it’s on the cheaper side of rent. The area will continue to gentrify and become more expensive and more sought after, so if anything is evident, I’d say joining earlier than later is in your best interest. You will not regret it.

The stand out thing at Urby, which I think is uniform across locations is the people. Shout out to good neighbours. Good friends. Good staff members that I can honestly call friends (where else can you say that) and management. It’s great place to choose.

I moved to Urby Journal Square two months ago, and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment we stepped in, everything has been amazing. The front desk staff is always cheerful, polite, and willing to help with anything we need. One of the biggest perks is the unbeatable location – the PATH station is literally right in front of the building, making my commute to NYC so easy. Plus, there’s a supermarket and pharmacy just steps away, which is super convenient.

A special shoutout to Natasha, who made the whole apartment search process a breeze. She was incredibly helpful and ensured I found the perfect apartment – and I did! The view from my place is breathtaking. I recommend L3 layout.

The rooftop is another highlight. My husband and I love spending time there, especially grilling while soaking in the views. However, my favorite spot has to be the gym.
