He asked me where I was from, and as soon as I said Pakistan, his smile went away. His attitude completely changed towards me. I ignored it at first but I couldn’t for long when I caught them giving me and my wife dirty looks. His menu says the meals come with a drink, I asked him he came out the truck and asked me where does it say? I pointed it out and he says “ no, it doesn’t”. Went back and slammed the door at me. When I asked for napkins, he gave me another look and funnily enough, he gave me one napkin. ONE. Really disappointed with the blatant racism and hatred from the Afghani server after he found out we’re from Pakistan. Never coming back again.

Excellent food, portions, price, and service. It’s run by 2 young men who really know food. I’ve been going there weekly for about a year now. I usually order the platters— either lamb or okra. Platters come with rice, protein, and salad topped with white sauce, sumac, and a soda for $13-14. The owners are meticulous and consistently crank out awesome, home-cooking type of food. What’s better than consistently fresh food and friendly service? Not much.
