If you're looking for a great place to get ice cream, go elsewhere. It's simply not worth it it. We waited over a half an hour to receive the ice cream we ordered. When we initially walked in, there were 3 people already sitting at a table. The place was otherwise empty. We thought that these folks had already eaten and were just hanging out and talking. To our surprise waiting for quite awhile after ordering, these folks had not even received their order ethier. Two of the employees that were an addition to the the young man that took our order were in the back. They would come out and talk the guy that took our order periodically and then return to the back while he just stood there doing nothing. This went on for a very long while until they finally came out and started making ice cream. Which of course went to the folks that were there before us. I can only imagine how long they must of been there waiting as well. Needless to say once I saw that they had not received there order yet. I knew we were going to be here for a long time. I rarely write reviews. But I cannot emphasize enough just how long everyone was there waiting. The cost of ice cream at this place is on the high end. And definitely not worth your time or money taking into consideration the complete lack of customer service. We wanted to try something new but disappointed is an understatement. Going forward we'll stick to Marble Slab or...

Creamistry ice cream is good, but not fantastic. I understand it's in a VERY expensive strip center, BUT $7.95 for a child's portion of ice cream (What they call the "regular" size) is pretty outrageous. I would expect it to be half that price. The "large" is $10.50! I also find these to be strange sizes. I have a tiny stomach from VSG surgery, and the "regular" was perfect size for me, but about child sized or half the regular portion for a normal adult. The "large" is HUGE. I guess you could get a large and split it among three normal adults or some kids, if you could agree on a flavor. I was sad my Cookie butter sundae was cookie butter ice cream, but didn't have a cookie butter sauce, too. That's disappointing b/c the texture of cookie butter is half if its appeal. The ice cream is good and has a similar texture to dip n' dots, because of the nitrogen. It's neat to watch as they mix it in the industrial mixers. Also, there are only tall tables except for 1 table, which could be an accessability issue. I just expected a bit more product for the price or a wow factor. We probably wouldn't go back specifically since other ice cream shops in the area use the same ice cream base and are less than half as much for...

First time coming here, my family was so excited to try new flavors for the future but one of the employees, Dorlene or Darlene was very argumentative. So disappointed with my first experience. I asked her if they had any cookie dough ice cream and she said no but I can do cookie dough bites on top. I asked for a regular chocolate combustion. No brownie bits and add cookie dough bites. She brought out chocolate chips, she did said "Oh I didn't hear you." We had an entire conversation about it but I was okay with them adding it. She said, "Do you want it throughout?", I said yes and then she I had to pay the difference. I was fine with that, I understood. I went up to the cash register and then informed the girl standing there looking puzzled that I was standing there to pay the difference for the cookie dough bites because Dorlene or Darlene put chocolate chips instead. Then Dorlene or Darlene came up and started arguing about what she thought I said. I then asked for a refund. No worries, I was planning to be a regular but after my first experience I'm not so sure about that. I don't have to argue back and forth, I'll just...

Love creamistry but this location has a bunch of younger kids and they just don’t care about the quality. The place was a mess and very dirty. The guy making my ice cream had on gloves that had not been changed in a while because his fingers were sticking out of all of them and he had little plastic pieces of gloves literally all around his hand. Watching him put his hand in the topping jars made me cringe. Unfortunately the worker was talking, so my order was wrong and even when he fixed it, it was not flavorful at all and he threw away the waffle that came with when he remade it and then told me that was the last one. At a price point of $18 for 2 small ice creams, one would at least hope for the quality of what Creamistry promises. Hoping someone at Creamistry sees this review and really administers re training and puts a supervisor there that will at least uphold the customer service standard that Creamistry is known for.

We are visiting this location because the one near our house closed down, when you arrive the windows and door handles look like they haven’t been cleaned all day, absolutely disgusting. You walk in, and all of the tables have icecream smeared all over the tables- you don’t want to sit at them. The young lady working on Aug. 30,2025 did not have a friendly attitude what so ever, it didn’t look like she knew what she was doing on the payment monitor, so I kindly ask if she could show me the breakdown of what I ordered again, and threw a fit. This location should be the one to close down, Creamistry at Fry and West was the best until they closed down. Looks like one person was working, a couple walked in and right back out after they were not attended because the worker was in the back doing the dishes.
