GameStop — Local services in Jersey Village

I went in looking for a new headset to go with my Xbox. I went with a RIG 800 pro HX. They had one in stock listed as new for 150 bucks. I got home and opened up the box to see that it was missing parts other parts didn't appear to be in the right location in their packaging. So I went back the same day to return the item. I gave it 3 stars because they were very nice and apologetic and gave me a full refund! I'm upset to see that I was sold a used/refurbished item as new though the store may have been unaware themselves.

The same day I went to best buy and got the same product for $30 dollars less. Once I recieved the item the box had a different seal on it and was packaged properly. Which fully confirmed that the item I bought at this game stop someone had fully opened, removed items, moved items and just re-sealed it to look as if...

This location used to be my go-to GameStop. It's where I would pre-order all of my games and where I used to be able to talk about video games with the workers. There is a lady that works here who is the most unkind and rude person I have ever met. Anytime I bring my son in there and he gets a little loud. She just rolls her eyes and gets mad. Anytime I request anything of her she says no. For example, a game just came out today.. keep in mind I shop there all the time. I've spent so much money there. So anyway I called up there and told her I'm on my way could she set that game aside for me? I got the generic "Unfortunately I can't do that" response. I immediately Called another location to see if they had The game and sure enough they do and they're holding it for me. I'm just done. GameStop needs...

Went in there with my cousin who had issues with a DLC code bought from a different employee here. He listened to our issue and went truly above and beyond to find a resolution for her.

GAMESTOP DOESN'T DESERVE HIM! He truly cares about customers, and it shows I hope he is paid what he deserves, but with it being GameStop, I know he doesn't.

He was quick and helpful and honestly after that interaction forever invited to my families cookouts.
