I cannot even begin to tell you what an amazing experience we have had with Palm Casual, but I’ll try. Originally I wasn’t going to go there because my friend had bought A LOT of furniture during Covid and had had a terrible time getting it, but she kept going back (and I couldn’t figure out why.) On a whim I popped into the store and met Jacob, the General Manager of this location, and I suddenly understood why my friend continues to go back! Jacob and the entire staff are incredible. When you’re there you receive undivided attention from them. The warranty/guarantee policy is EVERYTHING they say it is and they do everything with a smile! I bought a couch, two ottomans, and two chairs and needed them within a week (very quickly) for a wedding shower and they made it happen! Jacob couldn’t promise I’d get them, but I was willing to risk it. He came through! A few weeks later we felt the two chairs were too large for our small space, no problem! Jacob ordered two swivel rockers instead and delivered them and took the bigger chairs out. (All without an extra delivery charge.) My list goes on and on of changes I made and I never once saw a rolled eye, a sigh, or a grunt of frustration! This store and their people are amazing. Their integrity and customer service is above reproach and frankly, they’re just good, kind people! Exceptional Service and Quality Furniture – Highly Recommended!

A few years ago, during the Covid break, I decided to take on a big project and redo my deck. After months of work, I was thrilled with how it turned out—but the hardest part was finding the right furniture to complement my new space. I did a lot of research and visited several stores, but I ultimately chose Palm Casual in Johns Creek.

From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted for my large decks, but the staff was incredibly patient and helpful. I walked around, asked a lot of questions, and the employees were informative, professional, and made sure I felt no pressure at all. I left and came back several times, sitting on different couches and asking more questions. Each time, they were patient and understanding.

Finally, I decided to purchase several sets for my decks. The employees went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my choices. A few years later, one of the sets was damaged by my dogs, and I reached out to Jacob, the new manager. Jacob was amazing—he took the set, fixed it, and returned it looking as good as new, without any hassle.

In August of 2018, my wife and I visited Palm Casual in Johns Creek, GA. We were politely greeted by Lani Norman our sales consultant and began to receive an education on outdoor furniture and why purchasing a quality product from a reputable business that’s customer focused matters. Amy and I didn’t purchase anything that day in August, rather we continued to visit other stores and evaluate competitive products. After no less than six visits and ten to twelve poor sales person experiences we returned to see Lani.

Amazingly, she remembered us and then began to help us find furniture for our new home. Lani is a true professional and extreme passionate about her company and it’s value proposition. When you visit, ask for her and embrace the education - it’s important.

In addition to Lani, we had the pleasure of working with the store manager on two occasions. Caitlyn exudes passion and helped my wife with a color palate that worked with our decor in the new house. These two women are amazing and the company is truly blessed to have such knowledgeable and passionate professionals.
