We went in this past weekend to find my daughter a shirt for school that had the grinch on it and immediately felt as if we were being watched by staff like we were going to steal something. We were looking at the T-Shirts by the front door that had the grinch and other cute Christmas things on them for her and noticed that several of the staff started watching us and hoovering, mind you this was mine and my husband's first time in this store. I do not think I will be going back to this store again, when I asked the lady if there were any other Christmas shirts other than the ones as the front door, she was very rude and said " No sorry those are all we have maybe another store would better suit you" as if we were not good enough to shop there. I will take my business elsewhere and not be back after...

Do not shop here they charge your credit card then....say it is charged to you but I can not give you your purchase and you need to call and have the charge taken off what NO YOU FIX YOUR PROBLEM ??? Sorry! That is on you....give me my merchandise or a refund you are stealing from me. So what I should just keep giving you a credit card to charge and have your system crash and say oh sorry I HAVE TO FIX your problem and where is your manager???? Leaving poor employees to deal with a disaster. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I will report you to the Office of Inspector General for stealing my money and my merchandise. I had been wanting to see what this store was about after its grand opening at The Mall at Johnson City was postponed by the pandemic. The official description of this store sounded intriguing. I went to the Mall with high hopes only to be greeted by a big T-Shirt shop! You read that right, folks. This ain't nothing but a shorts and T-shirt shop with a few nicknacks and travel mugs thrown in to create excitement. Big whoop!!! There are many things this mall lacks (and has always lacked)--like a good department store (Belk is a joke!)--but one thing it sure doesn't need is a glorified T-shirt shop.
