I am not the type to leave reviews but this has bothered me long enough. My aunt paid for the rockstar package as a birthday present for my daughter who just turned 3. When we arrived the two workers sitting behind the front desk were sitting there with their feet propped up. They weren’t in any type of uniform or rush to jump up and make us feel welcomed. Just t shirts and shorts which isn’t really a big deal. The service was honestly just really awkward and quiet. And I felt like the girls there had bad attitudes and just acted like we were inconveniencing them. When I was younger Club Libby Lu was around and this is no comparison. Luckily my daughter is 3 so she had a really great time and she’s too young to pick up on social queues. I was really hesitant to leave a review but after bringing up the experience with my friend that came with us she agreed and said she just wasn’t going to bring it up but she felt bothered as well. I understand not everyone is going to care about your kid like you want them to, but when they are being paid to make your kid feel special they need better attitudes. The girls working were young and I understand it’s a Saturday and they’d much rather be hanging out with friends or whatever. But when your job is to make small children feel special, have a better attitude or choose a different job. And don’t even get me started on the cheap accessories they receive. Before we even made it to the car the rockstar headset and sunglasses had already broke. Just cheap and I honestly feel bad my aunt spent her hard earned money on my daughter just for us to have a poor experience. I will say the girl who braided my daughters hair did a great job. Her hair is short and thin, but those French braids are down. Maybe the girls were just having a bad day but it has just left me feeling really upset for my daughter. We won’t...
Read moreI can’t agree with the other reviews here. We took our two daughters and their best friend for part of a “Princess day”. We paid for the mani/pedi/facial. The mani/pedi took about 10 minutes total and looked like my 6 year old could have painted herself. They soaked their feet in cold water with food coloring and called it “unicorn water”. And the facial took no longer than 3 minutes which included fake (paper) cucumbers to go over their eyes. While it was disappointing spending $100 for all of this I might be willing to overlook all the prior, however....The girls working did not engage or make our girls feel special at all. They rushed through the services with expressionless faces and did not make our girls feel like “princesses” at all. The place is cute but you are paying for the appearance of the spa and not the level of service. Full transparency, there was a Birthday party starting as they were rushing through the services so they may have had “bigger fish to fry” so if you are going to give them a try you may want to ensure there is not a party going on and you might have a better chance of getting the attention you pay for. Best advice is just to take your girls to Austin Springs where they also have a “Princess” package and you get what you pay for. We...
Read moreMy cousin booked an appointment for 1 princess birthday girl and her friend for her 7th birthday. The young lady that assisted us today was very patient as she had to tend to 2 children at once with manis, pedis and hair. She answered questions and asked questions as these little girls love to talk she held conversation with them. Not only while assisting us she had to answer phone calls and had another group show up early for an appointment so she had a full shop. That’s pressure and she handled it very well. Our 7 year old princess absolutely loved her experience she said, as well as her friend enjoyed in being pampered and picking out matching dresses. Thank you...
