I love Talbott for several reasons ... the quality and style of their clothing. I have purchased and still wear clothing from several years ago and STILL feel 'in style. Another reason, is extremely personal but I wish to share ... I accompanied my sister there. She was recovering from brain surgery due to Glioblastoma Brain Cancer. Talbott made her shopping experience one, she was able to recall even tho her short term memory was impaired. The manager overheard our conversation of her desire to have a hat to cover her half shaved hea and large scar ... but it was too expensive and sold at a store 2 stores down. I almost lost complete control ... when at the end of our shopping ... the manager and staff presented her with the hat. To this day ... Talbots and the memory they created lives in my heart. Read moreI have shopped (and spent $$$$$) at literally dozens of Talbots nationwide and, by far, the Johnson City store is the least friendly and helpful I have ever visited. I have shopped there many times, and more often than not, no one says Hello or May I Help You or anything, even when they are not busy.
