The Crow Bar — Restaurant in Johnson City

I'll start off by saying this bar is a dive bar. However, the comfort and kindness of the staff was far more than one would expect given the weathered exterior. I have written reviews on many bars and can honestly say that the bartender was one of the best(Stanley). Traveling from New Jersey the locals were friendly, caring, and easy to talk too. The bartender was quick with a drink and to light up a smoke. He took the initiative to remember your name and tend to your drinks. They do not serve food here however. All I can say is if you're not a regular at this bar I wouldn't recommend going. Because you can be in the middle of a pool game take a break and when regulars come up the bouncers going to side with the regulars and tell you to leave. And if you happen to use the bathroom and there's any issues with the bathroom they're going to try to accuse you that you did something to their bathrooms. Was staying at hotel near by and was told this was a great dive bar to go too. I wouldn't call it a dive bar but more of a neighborhood bar. Great place. Bartender was Eddie.
