If I could leave less than a star I would. I have never in my life been treated how I have today. I walk into the store with my service animal and a older lady with long blond hair slams both her hands down on the counter and yelled at me to show me the paperwork for my service animal. I went to grab my paperwork but then I'm like ya know what by federal law I don't have to show her my private paperwork for my service animal. Legally there only allowed to ask what tasks my service animal performs and that is it. I was so rudely talked to and embarrassed she made a scene that I told her she was rude and that made me not even want to shop there after that incident. I would not recommend and even worse these people are supposed to be there and help the community not treat me like a piece of crao. Worse...

Very organized, staff was kind, items were in fantastic condition, I didn’t see anything that was in poor condition. Only thing I would say is I believe the prices were a TAD too high for a thrift store, but maybe that comes with the quality that maintained. It’s not like going to other thrift stores where you can splurge with $50… you have to be selective. But definitely had a great variety for all ages, clothing, home decor, furniture, luggage, ties, kitchenware, hair curling irons, LOTS of things & very organized, like I said. I'm giving this place 3 stars only not because of the service, not because of the merchandise but because of the HIGH prices. This is a thrift store one expects to pay less than what one would pay in a retail store for new merchandise, but this place has raised their prices to the ceiling! They have forgotten that they are a mission. They're not a regular business. Just to show you. Who can afford to pay $100.00 for a previously used tabletop Christmas tree? I used to shop here and in the store in New Lenox, but both stores have raised their prices way too high.
