my daughter and I were accused of being scam artists because we won on one of their slot machines. The day bartender, Terry, an old drunkin hag and her two drunkin male friends harassed us, threatened us and were screaming in our faces. They told us they were calling 911. I told the old hag when she discovers she's wrong I want an apology. What was strange about the whole thing is Terry, who we thought was off work since she was drinking several shots and beers paid my daughter the $36.20 (wow like someone would scam for such a small amount). About 20 minutes later is when the accusations started. The guy that handles the slot machines came in and confirmed that we are not scam artists that we won fair and square. He apologized for the drunkin hag and her drunkin friends. We never received an apology from the three drunks and on top of it they made us pay for our beer. We each had a $1.00 beer. Wow at least pay for our drinks since they were wrong and caused such a scene. VERY POOR SERVICE. THEY HARASS AND THREATEN YOU IF YOU WIN ON THEIR SLOTS. I HOPE THE OLD HAG GETS FIRED. Most of the bartenders have bad attitudes. It was only one bartender that was wonderful with doing her job. The other two ladies would stand around instead of waiting on people at the bar. They would stand back next to the drink wall talking with each other and at this point of time the bar was full. The two ladies acted as if they were not suppose to be making drinks. It's sad that some employees will make a business run bad. The security guards are wonderful. I would rather order a drink from them. The scenery of the bar is wonderful, although a better Dj is needed. I will not be going back anytime soon. I will give it a few months and hopefully there will be some joyful bartenders. My tip is: leave your attitudes outside the door before...

I come here almost every Sunday for karaoke. For the most part I have a great time with my friends. But i have to send other people to even get service. If you dont make a habit of tipping $60 or more to the bartender (no matter what the tab is) she will not serve you or if she doesnt know you personally. She will acknowledge everyone around you, but you.

But the problem is that most of the bartenders make a habit of over serving people. I would like to speak to the owner about this because it's getting to the point where legal action is needed. It's getting people hurt. There's an obligation to cut people off for a reason. They need to hold their bartenders accountable or someone is going to end up suing them and making them...
