On October 11,2020 ... ordered online using the pizza portal thinking it would be quicker picking up my order. But boy was I wrong, I received the email at 4:56pm saying my order was ready for.i go in to little ceasars and sure enough my name was on the screen along with 2 others, so i ask where are my pizzas and the people there ask what's the name I tell them. They go in the back to check, comes back and says well get your order out to you here in a bit. Ok, I sit down and wait. Mind you while I'm waiting the other 2 people who's names were on the pizza portal screen they show up, well they have the same problem as I no pizzas in the pizza portal, they ask about their orders. I spoke up and said we were here before them, they ask what name AGAIN, I tell them. Once again they go to the back, and come back with an order of course thinking it was mine, I head to the counter. NOPE it wasn't my order but the 2 orders after mine. So ONCE AGAIN I ask about my order, people are coming and going with their orders. They finally tell me they had to make my sausage pizza and it would be about 5 more minutes they just put it in the oven. This was at 5:12pm so I wait longer at 5:21pm still haven't gotten my order, i go ask YET ONCE AGAIN, and i see the employee just NOW making my sausage pizza, about 10 Other customers were coming and going BEFORE I GOT MY ORDER AT 5:38pm... One more think ,the employees don't even wear gloves when making the pizzas, I saw it myself... and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE was wearing a mask but yet the customer has to wear one to enter to pick up their food... đ¤đ¤ I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO LITTLE CEASARS PIZZA IN JONESBORO ARKANSAS OFF OF CARAWAY IN THE OXFORD SQUARE... AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TUESDAY MORNING OCTOBER 13,2020. đ¤¨đ¤¨đ¤¨ VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS RIGHT...
Read moreFor the past 12 years I have used little Cesarâs for my childrenâs birthday parties but the past couple of years I have used the Jonesboro location instead of the Paragould location as it is closer to the venue. I ordered two days in advance since it was a large order we were also 5 minutes late picking it up we called ahead so theyâd know and my husband walks in talks with them walks out empty handed. I sent my husband in because I tend to be a hot head and he is mellow non confrontational. He says itâs not ready itâll be 3 more minutes, so I walk in to wait since he was just in there. The cashier immediately had called a manager over when she saw me, asked if that was my husband, I said yes she proceeds to tell me how rude he is and she just went ahead and got the manager in case I was rude as wellâŚexcuse me? Iâve NEVER heard of my husband being rude to anyone ever so I automatically apologize and wait for the pizzas silently because Iâm mad at this point and donât want to be rude. It took them 15 extra minutes and we were late for the party we were hosting. The pizza is good but the staff are rude. I get it theyâre busy but whatâs the point of ordering ahead if the order wonât be done? I also asked my husband what he said to the cashier and he said all he did was ask about the order and when she said it wasnât ready he said he didnât understand why it wouldnât be ready if we placed the order two days in advance. The manager was nice, but cashiers need training on what is appropriate to say to others and what should be kept to themselves. Because now Iâll just be going...

Hot and Ready pizzas were hot and ready, and the service was quick and friendly! Better!
Obviously you buy Little Caesars pizza for the price, not the culinary deliciousness of gourmet pizza. At this location, their lobby is very small, and their "hot and ready" options are rarely ready. This creates a bottleneck of people just standing around waiting on what is advertised to be ready...
They are just nice enough to be tolerable. Apparently it was a big deal for me to try to pay with a $100 bill, and in this day and age, $100 isn't that much. It was all I had in my wallet, and apparently someone in the back had to "break a hundred" for me to be able to pay for the pizza I had ordered. They acted like this was a big imposition. My order was around $50, so paying with $1s, $5s, $10s, and $20s would have been a moot point anyway.
If people are going to have to wait on a product that is advertised to be ready upon your arrival, the least you could do is smile and feign appreciation for the business. If I'm going to have to wait on, let's face it, not the world's best pizza, the least you could do is be nice and provide more than three chairs in a lobby that had 20 people in it at one point.
The pizzas I ordered were decent except one was completely burnt. Overall, this place is...
